1003 loan Application; Financial Statements; 2 years' Tax Returns; pertinent property and borrower information, Application,
Fee Agreement, Payorder & NCND all signed and notarized (if stated on document) (list positives and
negatives.

below next day for a quicker response. All above must be completed and include in your package or it will not be
reviewed.
